Structural Equity

I have, without reservation, done the heavy lifting — kicking the door down to shine a light on policies and practices that resulted in systemic discriminatory impact, advocating to reverse those processes and restore structural equity.

​

I have worked strategically to clear paths for leaders in our underrepresented communities to have opportunities to move into seats historically dominated by the majority demographic.

​

Voter Protection

I have defended voting rights, civil liberties, and the constitutional protections our communities cannot afford to lose. 

​

I began my voter protection service in the earliest days on the ground at the polling places, and rose to become a longtime lead election protection volunteer attorney in the Michigan “War Room” headquarters, handling the highest-level escalations for the state’s largest counties.

​

Coordinated Impact

More than a decade ago, I hit the ground running with the National Bar Association — leading teams in discussions with Congress at NBA Day on the Hill.

​

Working alongside the Legislation Committee, the Rapid Response Team, and Health Law Section, I coordinated the triage effort for distribution of timely materials to our membership and the public, including drafting press releases on fast-changing ACA policies. I worked through the night and arrived in the earliest possible hours to ensure NBA initiatives reached every congressional packet before the first member arrived. I took the lead on day one and never turned back — building an extensive record of service.

BEYOND THE BAR – A RECORD OF GLOBAL LEADERSHIP

My leadership extends beyond Bar Associations and spans across Government and Global Corporate Industries — AI Technology Platforms, Life Sciences & Medical Devices, and Aerospace & Defense. 

​

My breadth of experience reflects a unique skill set in managing large, global organizations, and leading initiatives that minimized disruption to the global workforce.  

​

Across the U.S., the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), I have led high-caliber, multidisciplinary teams for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies — including, Axiom@ Google and Meta.

​

My Leadership Experience is In-Depth, Diverse, and Proven.

I believe my steps have been ordered, for such a time as this. 

​

Each experience is a thread the needle has drawn through the tapestry of my journey, stitching together a depth and diversity of knowledge — perfectly suited to meet the demands of this moment and to lead our Association boldly into the future.
